Whether we are coaching future Olympic champions or grassroots athletics, our core values remain the same. It’s upon these core values we have managed to build lasting relationships or trust with schools, parents and children.
We are committed to making a difference and inspiring the next generation of champions within the UK. How we do this is no secret. We are defined by our values:
We believe in our coaches. We give them room to breathe and allow them to adapt their unique coaching styles to our programmes. We monitor progression and give constructive feedback.
We are invested in the success of others, we treat each other with respect and kindness, and we work diligently to inspire others.
We share a passion for impacting the lives of those around us. Sometimes that means speaking up and other times that means stepping aside to create space for other voices. We recognize that we do not have all the answers, and we sometimes look to more experienced event specialists to take the lead.
We recognize that how we coach and how we collaborate with others is just as important as what we are seeking to accomplish. We remain focused on the plan.
We welcome all athletes of all abilities. Everyone has to start somewhere, and we understand that sometimes all athletes need is to feel part of a team. This is where the magic starts.
We roll up our sleeves, work hard, and focus on what giving back to our athletes, rather than what we are gaining ourselves. When we find success, we remember and support all making sure the path is clear for future success.
We have a fearless mindset. We are not afraid to make a difference, share ideas, and pass on our years of experience. Likewise we can also admit when we don’t know the answers. It’s important to work together.
We dare to be different. We dare to dream and we instill this confidence in others. Unconventional ideas and new perspectives are why we’re here. We are willing to make changes and try new coaching methods that we believe will compliment our tried and tested methods.
